                Sheriff of Clark County

      This is to verify that ANTHONY was searched at the Clark County Jail.  He was then restrained in an insane muff and locked in an examined canvas bag.  The bag was locked   with a padlock removed from its original sealed packaging.

         ANTHONY was then locked behind a prison door of the jail.  The jail door is equipped with a Yale Prison deadbolt.

        ANTHONY escaped, having opened the padlock and cell door in 2 minutes and 22 seconds.

        In signing, I confirm everything used in the demonstration   was legitimate and ANTHONY received no outside aid in his escape.
