This letter is to certify that Anthony Martin was searched at the Ozaukee County jail. He was then laced into a full-length straitjacket that covered him from his neck down to, and including his feet. Anthony was then dragged into a searched isolation cell of the jail, which I personally locked. In four minutes, 7 seconds, Anthony appeared free. The entrance to the cell block was at no time unobserved. I can confirm that the escape was legitimate and Anthony received no assistance in performing the feat. Respectfully,
