This document is to certify that at the Washington County Jail Anthony was thoroughly searched.  Anthony was then strapped in a regulation straitjacket and shackled to a 40 lb. ball and chain.  In this condition he was locked in a cell of the jail.  Anthony escaped from all these obstacles in 4 minutes 17 seconds. In signing, I confirm everything used in the demonstration was legitimate and devoid of trickery.  Anthony received no outside aid in his escape.
