TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

          I, Lee C. Ledvina do hereby certify at the Kewaunee County Jail, which local historians believe once held the notorious “Baby Face Nelson”; Anthony was thoroughly searched then laced into two regulation strait-jackets and leg-irons were locked around his ankles.  Anthony was then locked in a cell from which it is impossible to reach the locking mechanism. He appeared free of all restraints in two (2) minutes.  There was no way Anthony obtained outside help in his escape.
