This is to verify that on September 11, 2009 at City Hall, Northlake, Illinois, I met Anthony Martin. I witnessed him step inside Jail Cell #1 and slam the door shut behind him locking it. Without any assistance from me and while I held the keys he proceeded to demonstrate an escape from the cell. I was present during the entire demonstration and can attest to its authenticity.
