WAUSHARA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPT.

     This is to verify that at the Waushara  County Jail, which formerly held Edward Gein, ANTHONY was searched with the aid of a metal detector.  He was then restrained in six pairs of handcuffs, a restraining belt, a body chain, thumb cuffs and leg irons before being locked behind six jail doors, one of which was secured by a bolt thrown from a box outside the prisoner’s reach.  Although his street clothes were locked in an adjacent cell, ANTHONY appeared wearing them free from all the restraints and the jail in 4 minutes and 45 seconds.

     ANTHONY also demonstrated an escape from two straight-jackets and a locked maximum security cell in 1 minute and 35 seconds.
