To Whom It May Concern:

           This letter will verify that at the Deerfield, Illinois Jail, Anthony

was thoroughly searched.  He was then restrained in four pairs of handcuffs,

one of which had its keyholes brazed shut and double locked.  Thumbcuffs and

leg irons were also applied to further restrain Anthony.  A five foot python was then wrapped around the escape artist’s neck, and he was locked in a canvas bag

before being incarcerated in a locked jail cell.  Despite all these obstacles, Anthony escaped in three minutes and 35 seconds.
